For the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013 we paid interest and related fees of $218.3 million, $233.5 million and $316.9 million, respectively. For the year ended December 31, 2014, we had a non-cash investing and financing activity related to a seller financed capital expenditure of $82.0 million. For the year ended December 31, 2015 and 2013 we had non-cash investing activities in connection with capital leases of $31.1 million and $15.5 million, respectively. For the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013 we paid income taxes of $10.3 million, $9.8 million and $1.1 million, respectively. For the year ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 we had non-cash investing activities for capital expenditures of $41.1million and $13.0 million, respectively. For the year ended December 31, 2013, we had a non-cash financing activity of $10.0 million in connection with the modification of certain fully-vested Management NCL Corporation Units from liability to equity award status. Upon the IPO this liability award was fully vested at the time of the settlement and was reclassified to equity in the balance sheet resulting in a non-cash financing activity.
